Production Assistant

Part-Time | Reno, NV | In-Person

Wiley Body is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our small but mighty team at our Verdi studio. This is a hands-on role supporting daily production tasks behind the scenes. It’s ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and being part of a clean skincare and candle-making process.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Filling and boxing bodycare products

• Pouring, trimming, boxing and labeling candles

• Cleaning and maintaining production tools

• Prepping materials and restocking supplies

• Keeping the studio clean and organized

• Tracking inventory and helping with stock counts

• Taking out trash, recycling, and breaking down boxes

• Pitching in wherever help is needed

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has strong attention to detail and cleanliness **this is a must**

• Can lift 30+ lbs and be on their feet for most of the shift

• Works well independently and takes initiative

• Is dependable, on-time, and up for the occasional repetitive task

• Is excited to support a clean, ethical, woman-owned skincare brand

Bonus if you:

• Have experience with handmade products, batching, or small biz operations

• Are passionate about skincare, clean beauty, or sustainable living

• Feel confident snapping product photos or short videos for social media

• Know your way around Instagram or TikTok (or are open to learning)

Hours

Part-time, 8 to 12 hours per week to start (with potential to grow)

Flexible weekday schedule, mornings preferred

Starting at $18/hour
